The security deposit must be paid up to 7 days before check-in by bank transfer (or within 24h if the booking is made less than 7 days before check-in). A fee of 50€/day will be charged for late payment.

The deposit is refunded at check-out if there are no damages. 50% remains withheld for 15 days to verify non-immediate damages, tolls or fines. After that, the remainder is refunded if everything is in order.

On check-in day, the renter must present the original driving licence valid through the travel dates. Without it, the van cannot be handed over.

If the owner must wait more than 30 minutes due to delay or missing documents, a 50€ fee applies.

Via Verde toll use: 15€ activation + tolls.

Travel with more than 2 passengers, taking the van abroad, or bringing pets results in a 500€ penalty.

If the vehicle is returned very dirty (even if the cleaning fee is paid) or if the tanks are not full/emptied, a fee of €50 will be charged for each. If the fuel tank has not been filled, the cost of the fuel plus €50 will be charged.

In case of damages (equipment / mechanical / electrical / aesthetic), the cost of replacement + labour + 100€ immobilization fee will be charged.
For damages to portable equipment, the lost value of extra-equipment income for future bookings will also be charged until the new equipment arrives.
