Info:

The security deposit must be paid by bank transfer no later than 7 days before check-in. The deposit will be refunded at check-out if no damage is found. However, 50% of the deposit amount will be held for 15 days to verify any damages that may not be immediately visible (such as inflatable equipment), as well as tolls/SCUTs/fines. After those 15 days, the remaining amount will also be refunded if everything is clear—no damages, tolls, SCUTs, or fines (that can be verified by that date).

On the day of check-in, the renter must present the original driving license, valid at least until the end of the trip. If not presented, the rental will not be accepted.

If the owner has to wait more than 30 minutes past the agreed check-in time due to delay or missing documentation from the renter, a late fee of €50 will be charged.

If toll roads are used, a €15 activation fee for the “Via Verde” service will be charged, in addition to the respective SCUTs and tolls.

In case of damage, the cost of a new replacement item (if the damage is material) or the repair estimate (if mechanical and/or electrical) will be charged. In both situations, an additional penalty of 100% of the damage cost will be applied to compensate for the forced downtime of the vehicle and the cancellation of upcoming bookings. If the damage is to any equipment, the penalty will compensate for the loss of those extras in the next bookings until replacements arrive.

If it is found that the vehicle has been used under prohibited conditions—such as carrying more people than permitted (2), traveling abroad, or transporting animals—a fine of €500 will be charged.

If the vehicle is returned in very poor cleaning condition or with tanks not emptied/filled, a €50 fine will be applied. If the fuel tank is not refilled, the cost of a full tank will be charged plus an additional €50 fee.
